"I can’t recommend Ted enough! He recently helped my 75-year-old great aunt sell her longtime home, where she had lived for decades. She wanted to downsize but also make the most from the sale, and Ted went above and beyond to make that happen. He brought in trusted contractors, organized the entire clean-out process, and guided us step-by-step with patience and respect. Since I was supporting her from LA, communication was especially important, and Ted kept me updated regularly so I always knew what was happening. He also understood and respected the relationships my aunt had built in the neighborhood. He even hosted a special gathering with pizza and drinks just for the neighbors, which shows how much he cares about people, not just the transaction. When it came time to review offers, Ted worked closely with us to weigh each option and make the best choice. When one deal fell through, he didn’t lose momentum—he hosted more open houses and kept us moving forward until the right buyer came along. In the end, my aunt sold her home and felt great about the outcome, and I credit Ted’s persistence, professionalism, and genuine care for making it all possible. If you’re looking for a San Francisco Bay Area Realtor who truly goes the extra mile for his clients, Ted is the one you want by your side."

"With you, everything finally worked out—you verified everything with your lawyers, got [the non-paying tenant] out in a good timeframe after my experience with two other realtors. You’re good at what you do, no one can say different. I would recommend you to anybody, and I would work with you again."

He joined us for open houses and gave advice on property highlights as well as concerns we had missed, so I knew I could trust Ted’s perspective and value his input. He was immensely helpful even after we went into contract, offering guidance on last-minute touch-ups and getting work quotes for updates we wanted. Ted also guided us through the escrow process, which had a lot of moving parts. Working with Ted was the best decision we made in our home search."
